To create access for transitional housing, permanent housing, and support services for veterans, by working with local, state, and federal government, partnering with social services agencies, and receiving in-kind donations from corporations, organizations, and donors.
The purpose of this program is to provide veterans with social support services for a successful transition to stable housing. The transitional focus is directed on Social Services support for Veteran Benefits: Health Care, Disability Compensation, Housing, and Education/Vocational Training. The end goal is to elevate veterans to transition into independent, self-sufficient living while still having access to social services.
The purpose of this program is to assist homeless veterans transition into a safe, secure dwelling place. The transitional housing will consist of shelter and social services support though our resources network. The transitional housing can entail short-term housing, long-term lease, or permanent housing, depending on the veteran's need and preference. The end goal is to provide a place of refuge for our homeless veterans.
The purpose of this program is to assist veterans secure rental or homeownership through incentivized funding. We will provide affordable homes to our military community. Our end goal is to develop veteran communities that includes single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, and tiny home villages.
